Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for collaborative tasks; it's flexible enough to handle many uses, such as planning, workshopping, and brainstorming. I also use Miro during research tasks to capture notes and then synthesize and analyze all the research work into themes and insights.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Planning
  • Workshops

Cons

  • Improvements to the new AI - works well but could be better!
  • Improved productivity.
  • Better collaboration.
Yeah, Miro allows us to work more remotely easier. What would have been done on in-person whiteboards and meeting rooms in the office is now primarily done in Miro. It also makes archiving easier; when done in person, it can be hard to go back and find things said and done, but the Miro boards are all available and searchable easily.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I work in design, so Miro works well in the early stages of design discovery and definition. We often collaborate in these stages, so Miro works well for that. It helps run workshops, particularly remotely, brainstorm new ideas, refine existing ideas, and develop low-fi wireframes. Then, usually, we will move to other tools after this to complete the high-fidelity designs.
