Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Product discovery, retro, and collaborative whiteboard where we discuss user flow, solution design, etc.

Pros

  • Creating wireframes, customer journey map.
  • Cross-team real-time collaboration.
  • Note-taking via Customer interviews with sticky notes.

Cons

  • Some glitches when pointing arrow from one object to another.
  • You can't point to the part you want, which forces you to link on a particular object area.
  • Price is becoming an essential factor in competitions that offer an ecosystem solution.
  • Companies may use existing bundles (Microsoft, Google, Atlassian) to save costs.
Not involved in implementation.
It's pretty great across different apps.
Yes - it is a great tool for real-time collaboration.
Wasn't involved in the DD process.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great among creative people or those who are willing to try new things. I still prefer to use the web app over the desktop app due to performance and responsiveness issues on the desktop app. It's less appropriate for those who are used to seeing things organized in a tabular format, i.e., an Excel spreadsheet. It took me a while to be fully immersed in using Miro (I was not an advocate at first).
