Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro daily. As a BA, I use this for collaboration in workshops, retros' mind mapping, process maps, and to get my thoughts on the page. It is the best collaboration tool I have used and is so easy to use. I love that you can integrate Jira jobs and things like PDF files.
Pros

Cons
- More themes and colors, including more icons for process mapping.
- More integration with external app like spotify or youtube.
- Improved productivity.
Positively improved our collaboration. I work with multiple locations and countries and it is a brilliant tool for extensive collaboration.
In my opinion, it is better than Jam Board.
