Our organization uses Miro for brainstorming and planning sessions, project kickoffs, and discovery sessions.
Pros
- Great to collaborate with team members. Love the ability to guide both team members and customers through the frames using videos and comments.
- It's great to be able to set timers on the boards when looking to capture feedback from collaborators quickly.
- It's great to Zoom in on the designs to view details.
Cons
- I would love to see Miro continue down the path of slide decks and be able to have some tremendous photographic and imaging features. These are features that one would typically find in a tool like Canva.
- It has made it easier to collaborate, which has reduced the need for meetings.
- It has reduced the need to create individual documentation.
- It has provided the ability to showcase designs and store them in one place for each project.
- This has allowed the global team to work on initiatives together.
We have teams across NZ, Australia, Sweden, the Netherlands, and the UK. Miro has helped these teams collaborate on product design and project implementation.
