Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used to create user journeys, user flows, brainstorm sessions, workshops, and sprint planning/grooming/retros.
Pros
- Collaboration in real time.
- Providing all brainstorming tools at our fingertips remotely.
- Allow anonymity while working.
- Allowing us to view others cursors making it easy to follow along.
- User friendly.
- Nice UI.
Cons
- I hate how the cursor behaves for grabbing items and zooming in.
- Improved productivity.
- Fruitful brainstorms that lead to next action items.
Our organization works remotely, so without it, we would not be able to work as collaboratively in real-time.
We use both, but mostly Miro. Miro seems to offer better tools and usability, and more of the team has experience using Miro.
