Overall Satisfaction with Miro
As a Product manager in IT world, I use Miro every day, it's a life changer to make my days much more productive during use case definitions, and mapping product refinements of our customers' flows. It helps me analyze information from different domains and synthesize it into actionable steps my team and I can follow. The second part of our process is technical solutioning where team needs to define the best technical result. Thanks to the diagramming feature, Miro help us visualize system interactions and support cross-teams collaboration. Love it!

Cons
- I miss having an offline board for personal ideation when I'm on a limited internet connection
- Performance is good in general when I'm on strong internet connection, but focus on as lower traffic as possible will be beneficial
- reduced project completion time -> we saw it several times
- improved my productivity
- improved my teams' productivity
- It's hard to calculate return of the cost, but when you pay specialist and they use Miro to be more productive + faster -> it have to pay off :)
The impact is really big! As I stated in previous answers "I believe that for productive remote cooperation, a tool like Miro is a must-have for your team."
I usually used diagramming for work related topics, but since Miro has integrated such a feature, we can stay on the same board and have all at one place. Ideation, brainstorming/brainwritting, scope definition, diagraming + technical solution.
