Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro mostly for collaborative product management and general business process optimisation, particularly whiteboarding sessions

Cons

  • So many templates, it’s hard to choose
  • Some AI features are gimmicky
  • It can become slow and choppy in a web browser
  • Just makes things a bit easier
  • Keeps ideas all in one place
  • Improves productivity
We were doing it anyway, but Miro makes it a bit easier

Using Miro

I find it clumsy in some places, and a bit restrictive but generally pretty good. I wish the free drawing tools were better with Apple Pencil - lags behind products like Goodnote
