Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently a stand alone restaurant and have used HS for about 5 years at the location. It's being used by all FOH staff and management currently.

HS is great for employee request off management for daily and or vacation etc. The employee gets a quick response time and its beneficial for both management and employees. Unless the software is attached to the POS system, the forecasting of labor isn't all that useful.
