Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
We use HotSchedules for the daily in and out operations of a big restaurant. It cut our time creating schedules in half.
Pros
- Clearly provides a full proof solution for employees to get their schedules.
- Provides great reminders for any type of certifications.
- A great way to manage requests for time off.
Cons
- I would like to know who requested a certain date off first. It was a function you used to have.
- I feel like there should be a easier way to plug in missing shifts.

This past couple of situations arouse when a particular bartending shift we were filling was not being saved for some reason. It ended up being a job code thing but it got resolved quickly.
