Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Hootsuite to post our monthly social posts for our over 30 schools. This saves us time in the long run because it eliminates having to using Meta or other programs that tend to be more buggy when you use them consistently for the same task. I use it almost every day and it keeps me and my staff on track.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Customer Service works great. If you are have a problem, hey address it immediately.
Detailed Analytics
If you have a request for a feature, they work with you to make it happen.

Cons

Accounts tend to disconnect ever 30-90 days. That problem has always been a big strike on them.
Not allowing to post a link for IG in the first comment.

Usability

Very user-friendly and easy to pick up. One of my coworkers had never worked in an interface like this, and she picked it up within a week of using it. Once you get used to all the bells and whistles, there is no stopping what you can do in Hootsuite.

I think Hootsuite is great for bigger companies like the one I work for. They have things so streamlined. I would say they arent needed for a smaller company that posts only a moderate amount of time. If you are looking to make long term plans for posting on social, this is the best program out there.
