We use Hootsuite weekly to schedule social media posts across multiple accounts. As a small nonprofit, it saves us time and hassle and we appreciate the editing features and that we don’t have to post separately on multiple platforms

Usability

I think it’s very user friendly but there’s always room for improvement. It’s easy to post on multiple accounts at once then tweak for different platforms, editing tools are easy to use, I like the scheduling and calendar

I find Hootsuite to be very user friendly, we appreciate the data on post performance and it’s easy to schedule things out well in advance and on multiple platforms. I do wish it auto-saved drafts, I’ve lost things more than once and that has been frustrating. Photo editing is useful but seems to really slow down my computer
