Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use it for payroll, performance reviews, and storing all of our documents like employee handbook

Pros

  • easy to use
  • looks great
  • Cool App
  • Pay roll is on time
  • The emails are great on pay day.

Cons

  • Sometimes the text boxes for the logging time will close if I have to scroll down leading to having to log my time all over again.
  • I'd like to be able to see my employer's version of my performance review and not just mine.
  • Scrolling can be weird sometimes
  • Our office does 9 hour days instead of 8 so when asking for time off it would be nice if that was the default for our company.
  • It cost a lot from the employer's perspective
  • I am not the business owner, but I think it helps keep us organized
Works great and is easy to use. Sometimes things glitch with the text boxes but other then that it works really well.

I think it is great just cost a lot and most business owners I know aren't willing to pay that much. I am glad I have it as an employee but that is because I am not paying for it.
