Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto in our organization for clocking in/managing finances, payroll, things of that nature. I really enjoy the piggy bank and how it dresses up when I get paid. It addresses issues with overtime and time off and lets us put it in easier. The scope of MY usage is just approving time off for my team and applying for time off for myself. I also approve their hours.

Pros

  • Imaging
  • Instructions
  • User friendly
  • Simple to use
  • Fast

Cons

  • Shouldn't let you take time off if you don't have it (what is negative time!)
  • Verification process is a little extreme sometimes
It is simple and easy and I do not do well with apps and this makes it hard

Well suited for organized establishments. I think it makes documentation and things easy but for a small business it might be a little much. It is user friendly and simple.
