Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I love using Gusto to manage HR tasks like tracking time off, reviewing paystubs, and handling benefits. It's the best tool I've used, offering a smooth, intuitive, and reliable experience. I highly recommend it for HR management.

Pros

  • Managing time off.
  • Generating paystubs.
  • Managing benefits.

Cons

  • Calendar feature (for our entire company to use for everything) - i.e., Gusto’s version of Outlook or iCal.
  • It’s made my life as an employee far easier.
The user interface is terrific. It’s intuitive fast, and elegant. Easy to navigate.

Gusto is extremely well suited for all things HR related with any employer. Such as benefit management, time off management, paystub generation, employee profiles, etc. Gusto is top-notch in all of these areas and far superior to all competitors that I’ve used during my career. The software is faster and more reliable than Paychex, Calamari, and Workday, and the user interface is far more user-friendly and comprehensive. Gusto seems to be adding new features all the time which I love.
