Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

At my work organization, we use Gusto for time tracking, payroll, paid time off, sick time, signing documents, keeping track of HR documents, and creating goals. We also use it during meetings to track progress on goals and hold each other accountable for our work.

Pros

  • Good editing features, especially for time tracking.
  • Effective options for requesting PTO and sick time.
  • Overall, an easy to use program.

Cons

  • It would be nice if the front window of the pay stub showed the number of hours worked for that pay period.
  • This program works so well that it frees up time to do what we are actually passionate about—serving clients!
I have always felt that it is easy to use. I have never needed to be trained on how to use this program, which is much harder than other programs!
WebWork Time Tracker didn't meet all of our needs! Gusto provides many more services!

This program is effective for an organization of 20-100 people. I haven't used it with more people, so I wonder if it gets complicated with more people. But I would 100% recommend Gusto!!!
