Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for time tracking, pay, benefits selection, and PTO requests. It has helped streamline all of that for us in one place. It helps us company-wide and makes submitting PTO requests and tracking our hours easier because it is all in one place.

Pros

  • Time tracking.
  • Pay submission.
  • PTO requests.

Cons

  • Sometimes direct deposit is late.
  • Finding paystubs.
  • Tracking hours has been simplified.
  • Transparency on pay stubs.
It is user-friendly, and I can find things quickly.

It has been great so far, and any problems with it haven't been great enough for me to rate it or recommend it below a 9. Since direct deposit is sometimes late, that is why I am giving it a 9.
