Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting across our organization. We use it primarily for calls to action in live scenarios but also for quick CTA's in promotional content.

Pros

  • Reliable delivery
  • Easy to use
  • Clear pricing

Cons

  • You can't change some of the SMS auto-reply language.
  • Increased CTA response.
Support helped us with a custom plan that ended up saving money because we needed quite a few keywords and they bundled them together.
Twilio will be cheaper but more involved technically.
Good for quick simple setup. If you'd like to save money, you can get into more technical details and do so by going direct with a company like Twilio.
