Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

Our company uses EZ Texting for communication with clients regarding appointments, as well as to send information regarding their program.

It’s very easy to get in touch with support via Chat. I’ve never run into any issues that could not be fixed within just a few minutes.
EZ Texting was actually the first software that we used. We chose it based on price and ease of use. Honestly, it has everything we need and we wouldn’t even think about having to learn another program at this point. We are extremely satisfied.
It is perfect for use on a desktop, but the mobile application is not up to par. This makes it difficult to communicate after-hours when a computer is often unavailable or inconvenient.
