Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I use EZ Texting to communicate with the people we serve as well as manage messaging for partner organizations.

Pros

  • Ease of use.

  • Analytics.

Cons

  • Reporting features could be expanded.
  • Our open rate is high.
  • Our opt in rate is high.
  • Our users engage with the information we provide.
The support team is responsive, knowledgeable and focused.
Trumpia is expensive, clunky and complicated. EZ Texting is not, it's a breath of fresh air and how a platform should work.
I love the simplicity of the platform, especially the MMS feature and how easy for our audience to opt in. EZ Texting works perfectly for us because we are in control of our work, unlike some of the other texting companies that do not permit the user to create, edit and launch campaigns.
