We are using EZ Texting for recruiting. We use it for initial contact when applicants send in their resumes. It has sped up the response time and increased the number of responses. It is used by Human Resources only.

- Tracking attendance (no call no shows, etc.)
- The ability to use EZ Texting with a cell phone not just a land line
- Ability to create custom fields in contacts
- It has increased response from job applicants.
