Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use EZ Texting internally to communicate with our employees. We separate our employees into two groups, office and drivers. Mostly used to communicate to drivers quickly and collectively. They get the information much faster and easier than email. They can see the message at a glance. Office employees are copied on driver messages when it is info that pertains to them also.

Pros

Provides messages to our drivers quickly
Delivers info in a consistent manner

Cons

Cannot use non letter / number charactors
Many words I want to use are forbidden

Communication is priceless
Urgent situations require a blanket way to send out the proper messages
