Use Cases and Deployment Scope

EZ Texting is used as a mass text message system to send our customers promos, coupons, information about sales, etc.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Scheduling texts
Allows you to put a web URL in messages
Messages don't have to sit in a waiting queue for a text to go out
Allowing images to be attached to texts

Cons

EZ Texting must allow all emojis to be used!! Businesses rely on this to capture an audience and to keep the audience's attention. This is my NUMBER ONE complaint

Return on Investment

We haven't seen enough ROI to keep it around. We hope we start to see one soon so we can keep the service.
We do like that it is immediate communication with customers.

Support Rating

There is someone that always picks up the phone which is very hard to find these days.

Well suited for mass marketing, but less appropriate because it doesn't allow customers to text back. There should be an app where customers can reply back and it comes to the business through an app and an email.
