Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to communicate with our agents, keeping them updated on training and office events.

Pros

  • It's very user-friendly.
  • You can schedule messages to go out ahead of time.
  • Allows you to send to specific groups.
  • Saves my staff time, they don't have to make individual calls and it is quicker than email.
The support is very good, I just scored as a nine as there is always room for new ideas to improve.
Best suited to send messages to groups. I can't think of how it would be less appropriate.
