Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use Exclaimer to standardize our signature. We have offices throughout the US and Canada and wanted a consistent organizational image when sending electronic correspondences.

Pros

  • The exclaimer is fairly consistent once it's implemented. I have a few hiccups but I believe it's more user related.
  • The deployment via Outlook Add-On appeared on users' devices in a fairly short amount of time.
  • Our salesperson was very attentive and even answered some common questions. In other instances, the salesperson escalated our trouble tickets to a higher tier for assistance.

Cons

  • I am disappointed that we can't see an accurate number of live users. We can only see the total number of licenses that we purchased. We have to reach out to our salesperson to get an accurate count of live users.
  • When we have trouble issues, there needs to be a field that allows you to enter preferred call-back times or business hours. We would receive callbacks at 2 am or 3 am in morning ET for trouble tickets.
  • We have introduced our social media buttons and organization website to the signature line. They'll all be interactive and allow email recipients to open each link.
  • Our shared mailboxes have standard signatures despite who sends on behalf of the shared mailbox.
I have not used that feature at this time.
We utilize Proof Point Security and Office 365 Security for our infrastructure. I would welcome additional cloud security from Exclaimer as well.
I haven't used any other products similar to Exclaimer for signatures.

Do you think Exclaimer delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Exclaimer's feature set?

Yes

Did Exclaimer live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Exclaimer go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Exclaimer again?

Yes

I believe it would be best suited for larger organizations of 150-plus users. It was widely argued that the CEO/Leadership should create a signature template and mandate all users apply it to their signature line in Outlook, with their respective title/contact information. If an organization reaches a certain size, I believe that message may be lost in translation.
