Exclaimer

We utilize Exclaimer for our signatures. However, our marketing team's preference for using numerous banners and text in our signatures poses a constraint on the number of HTML characters we can use. As a result, this occasionally leads to synchronization issues with Gmail clients and prevents us from utilizing headline content and analytics due to these limitations. Furthermore, I find that there are instances where I require additional fields to select from within Google Workspace when creating a signature. Another challenge is that Exclaimer is not completely removing signatures from Google Gmail clients even if the option is selected. This is resulting in sending 2 types of signatures, one custom and another one applied by Exclaimer. Workaround here is to ask users to delete their custom signatures. Another issue is that "Insert signature before quoted text in replies and remove the "--" line that precedes it." in settings needs to be checked manually, otherwise users are sending 2 signatures on replies. I would appreciate more fonts to choose from, especially Google fonts. Right now the fonts with email text and signature don't match, applying a custom font will change the signature to a picture which we can't use.

We only use groups where some departments have customized signatures. This helps a lot to satisfy individual needs.
