Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice for our telephone and communication needs. Our small business includes off site, out of country staff and the product works beautifully for everyone. We configured it to ring our mobiles when not on site, which was easy to set up. It feels like a seamless experience while receiving calls!
Pros
- The technical support offered to help get us set up was perfect.
- The training and resources provided are on point.
- Customer service has been very helpful and responsive.
Cons
- The long contract period that we're tied into is longer than I would like considering the current business climate.
- It has provided a perfect product for fielding customer calls.
I have not used other products or have insight on any.

I'm unsure
While configuring the voicemail system, I needed a lot of help and it was very easy to get questions answered and technical expertise.
