Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use your service at Broadvoice as an office desk phone and also for our two cell phones for myself and the other administrator. There hasn't been an issue with Broadvoice for a couple of months. The most recent problem I had was with my phone. I wasn't getting calls coming through. The app was the main issue but it has been resolved.

They are suited as good at helping out with the issues we get here from time to time, they help so much.
Things that need to improve are just being better in pronouncing words so we understand better.
