Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR
I have started with [...] and therefore not yet exposed to the full strategic overview of how the product assists the business' needs. I use the product to manage employees records on an administrative level. I add new starters, make changes to existing records and add leaver information. I also utilise the product to look at employee holidays and make changes where required to address any imbalances.
Pros
- Rapid live chat system, never let me down
- Professional and friendly call handlers
- Intuitive system and hardly any bugs
Cons
- I am very surprised there's no provision for HR Administrators to unlock employees accounts.
- The holiday calendar feels outdated and not quite modern enough to me. I think Sage People HCM/ Salesforce do it better
- There needs to be a way for Admin users to see a employee user's login history and whether they have registered. This would prevent more calls and tickets to BrightHR support
