It is utilised for recording staff working patterns and holiday allowance.
It enables the staff to submit holiday requests at any point, see when they have been approved and see how many holidays they have left to take. It also enables the employee to see if time absent is due to sickness or whether it has been taken for a holiday.

Pros
- Records absence and breaks it down into why the person was absent i.e holiday, sick, late
- Easy to amend working pattern once you know how
- Easy to upload documents
Cons
- To be able to edit contract summary to change working patterns instead of having to add a new working pattern.
- To be able to put in flexible work patterns as some staff work different shifts during school term time to holidays.
- For BrightHR to remotely take over the system when assistance required.
- Again it isn't use to it's maximum capacity so ROI is low
- Only used to record holidays
