Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR

Use BrightHR for rota management for non-clinical staff. Annual leave and Sick leave monitoring.

Pros

  • Annual leave calculations when staff leave
  • The app is easy to use to employees can request leave whether they are in work or not
  • Again the app is good as I can see who is due to be in on the rota when not in work easily and quickly

Cons

  • Having a snap shot of who has taking sick over custom dates there on the webpage. Rather than have to save a excel/pdf file and store it on computer only to delete it again
  • Sometimes I want to email in a query but just have to telephone for everything
Very easy to use, some additional functionality would be good. See previous responses

Overall it is very good and makes life easier. Just a few tweaks would make it better
