- adjusting the column width of tables in reports
- the possibility of showing movements in reports and dashboards (currently available only in segments)
- setting a minimal time between two steps in funnels
- email template preview automatically rendered for customers who would flow through the scenario to the template
- being able to compare a customer attribute and a metric in a condition
- tracking ad audience name in the campaign event (not only audience id)
- voucher pool alerting once the pool is running out of vouchers
- we support many clients with their Bloomreach tasks so I think there is a client who can feel the impact in every field mentioned in the question
The user friendly-ness is on a different level, it's a completely different league
