Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used BigCommerce to create a store that both our B2B and B2C customers could use to easily get the products they need. The problem it was supposed to address was being able to sync transactions between our web site and our ERP system. The difficulty of customization and the slow response from their support has been a challenge.

It can do well in an environment where it's just B2C. The B2B functionality is lacking and difficult to setup, customize and maintain. There are issues with mapping fields, where if it's not an already included field, it requires a third- party customization. Also, the slow response from support add to the difficulty.
