We're a startup drinks brand and use BigCommerce to sell directly to consumers.

Pros

  • Many themes
  • Great selection of 3rd party apps
  • No merchant fees

Cons

  • More features on the standard plans, e.g. abandoned cart
  • 3rd party apps allowed me to enable multi channel fulfilment
We don't have multiple departments.
Great e-commerce solution
