Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

BigCommerce provides us with our online shopping platform. I am both the owner/CEO and Webmaster. We've been on the web since the beginning and moving to BigCommerce was the best decision we ever made.

Pros

  • Technical online excellence with 99.9999% uptime.
  • Platform structure that makes it easy to run my business - and not the website!

Cons

  • When first starting, Options and Option Sets were confusing but now I've mastered that with the help of tech support in Austin.
  • The management of our website is much cleaner and sophisticated than I was able to do on my own.
  • We have a much higher average order value using BigCommerce.
The website's technical online performance, 100% uptime, perfect tech support from their whole support team in Austin, the stunningly informative monthly town hall, 100% impressive staff presenters, and fair pricing (even including the $50 increase for 2020) just make it the most professional organization online. I've never ceased to be amazed since I gave up my own server and jumped on this wonderful platform! I have been on the web since the very beginning and feel very pleased and accomplished with their support!
I've never used another shopping platform previously since I did my own HTML coding, but I'm thrilled to have them on my side. Their monthly town hall is both informative on new products and integrations but gives me the feeling of actually knowing some of the very talented people who created and maintain the wonderful structure.
Having been on the web since the beginning, doing all of my own codings, I find that my hands-on background served me well so that I now use the extensive and sophisticated structure offered by BigCommerce and am able to customize it to suit my needs.
