Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

Brand Labs is a BigCommerce Elite Solution Partner. We design and build e-commerce stores for our clients on the BigCommerce platform.

Pros

  • Extremely reliable e-commerce platform.
  • Very flexible e-commerce platform.
  • Fantastic customer service.

Cons

  • BigCommerce needs a better multi-store single catalog solution.
  • BigCommerce has become a trusted partner. A significant portion of our business comes from building BigCommerce stores for our clients.
We haven't run into many instances where BigCommerce has not been able to accommodate a client's needs. Very scalable.
BigCommerce provides the best total solution.
BigCommerce is a great B2C e-commerce platform but needs more b2b feature sets to be a proper b2b solution.
