Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We process our US payroll and some HR features.

Pros

  • Easy to process payroll
  • simple to get payroll report
  • Easy to find our employee's information
  • can provide different kinds of HR reports

Cons

  • if you can have some features to track down some personal goal, that will be great.
  • performance procedure is not clear. Tracking process is not clear.
need to improve performance features.
support team can reply our question, but sometimes it takes long time to reply. better to reply fast, that will be great.
it's great to have a instruction for what kinds reports can provide and how to get it.
