Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®
In our automotive dealer group we use BambooHR for all of our hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes. Our employees use it to log their vacation, sick and training time. We also use it to store all of our employee documents. Before BambooHR we were using paper and filing all paperwork in a cabinet which made it inaccessible for other managers to access. Now all managers with access can view their employee's documents without having to ask someone else. We also like that we can all view a calendar of people's time off which makes it so easy to determine if someone else should be booking time off. Overall it has streamlined many of our processes and we are much more organized.

One of the dealerships in our group uses DealerPilot instead of BambooHR. Bamboo is significantly easier to use, and if there is a change, their support team is 10 times more helpful and effective than DealerPilot.
