Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We use Avalara to calculate our sales tax, and submit our returns.

Yes

We didn't have to hire someone in house to handle sales tax
We still spend a lot of time in house handling sales tax, sales tax compliance, reports, etc.

As previously stated, a lot of times when I go to Avalara with issues, the matters remain unresolved.

We used Accurate Tax briefly to calculate our tax rates for Ecommerce, we had multiple issues with miscalculating.

We have had many scenarios when Avalara has been unable to help us get situations resolved. A lot of back and forth. Where issues remain unresolved.
