Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

We are a defense litigation firm and we use Assembly Neos as our file organization system. It is also integrated in to how we use calendaring and emails.

Pros

  • Remote connection and file management
  • To-do lists
  • Interoffice communications

Cons

  • Making system more user aimed at defense (versus plaintiffs)
  • Better interface with PDFs
  • More clear notifications on due dates
  • Currently I cannot think of any numbers to assign.
Again, it is a great system, it just needs to expand more until the defense firm realm in order to make it more user friendly.

It is very good for remote file management and being able to log in from out of the office. Legally, it has many functions that an attorney would want to utilize. However, it is mainly directed/designed for plaintiff firms. It would be better to have the software paired to work with defense firms.
