Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

From a compliance point of view, ADP takes care of it really well. We recently moved to Workforce Now platform and that has made a huge difference in how employees perceive ADP. The platform is comprehensive and the self help sections help employees with their needs. During the transition to Workforce Now, the support that we got was really good. The implementation got over in the specified timelines. From a payroll processing point of view, I have received great support at all times.

Pros

  • Nothing much to complain about

Cons

  • Nothing comes to my mind now
  • We operate a lean team to manage Canada payroll because of ADP
It has the right infrastructure to take care of future growth
  • Nothing as of now
We only considered ADP Workforce Now. Since we were already using Workforce Now in the US, we only considered this offering and did not explore other products

I received support whenever we needed it.
It meets all our requirements. Nothing specific to highlight at this point in time. We moved to Workforce now recently and so I would say it is still too early to comment.
