Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP essentially replaces having a salaried payroll individual in our organization. We use ADP for payroll and HR. We used to use another HR program for vacation requests, document storage etc; however, this was no longer required as we moved onto ADP Workforce Now.

Cons

  • Ability to see all employee vacation on outlook calendar
  • Time off requests in days and not hours
  • The date format rearranged to mm/dd/yyyy
  • Saves money from having to hire full time payroll specialist
  • Charge by user should decrease by the number of users
Versatile and user friendly all around
It was difficult at first because the GLI import wasn't easy to use but once implemented, works effectively with transferring data to our BMS

Support is great, especially our payroll specialist Lisa. If she doesn't know the answer, she finds out and follows up.
As mentioned before, there are still areas to improve the software which would make it even more user friendly.

It is well suited tor payroll and all it's capabilities. Running reports is easy as well, once your familiar with it
