Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for our US and Canada payroll processing, which covers ~300 employees. WFN helps us do tax filing, provide timely payments to our employees, and provides sufficient reporting for our compliance needs.

  • Payroll schedule - allow for more flexibility in case we have urgent payroll(s) to process on a particular day
  • 100% timely and accurate payments
We have been able to add new departments and shift employees around relatively easily.

We do not have direct integrations set up, we just use import templates for new hires and employee changes. This has been pretty easy to use.

Overall, we have received very timely responses to our issues. Our rep is also very available for ad hoc calls. The only knock I would point out is that our GL mapping for upgrade to ADP Workforce Now in Canada took longer than expected, and it was us that needed to initiate a follow up.
We have been using ADP Workforce Now in the US for several years, and we have received good service / support from our representative. We have been able to process payroll generally pretty seamlessly. For Canada, we had just received a free upgrade from ezLabor and pay@work and the newer interface has made processing/reporting much better.
