Does Some Things Well, But Causes Major Headaches in Others
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Our organization utilizes ADP Workforce Now for payroll, time & attendance, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, COBRA administration, 401k administration, and more. It is essentially our total HR system for the company as a whole.

- Dedicated reps for your account can be very difficult to get in touch with and receive help from
- The time & attendance functionality includes and doesn't include steps that seem to make logical sense to most everyone in our company
- ADP Workforce Now has helped us better manage and save money on recruitment, job postings, and applicant tracking
- ADP Workforce Now has helped us manage benefits administration and Open Enrollment with a bit less work
- COBRA
- CIGNA Benefits
These are currently set up with ADP so it's not that difficult.
We are being courted by lots of other payroll companies and to be honest, from the product demos and meetings we've had with them, the functionality and implementation seems to be way more robust and easier to use. I could obviously be wrong, but it's enough to make us seriously consider switching to them. I actually left a voicemail saying just that to our sales rep last week and she never returned my call. Doesn't make us feel super valued as a client.
