Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is mostly being used by the HR department, however, managers use it to monitor time & attendance, approve time off, and complete performance reviews. We are utilizing a number of modules including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.

Pros

  • They offer a variety of products.

Cons

  • None of their applications are user-friendly. We should not have to contact ADP for basic user information.
  • The system also malfunctions or "resets." There have been numerous occasions when I've made changes to an employee's department or supervisor and after payroll is run, it resets to their previous department or supervisor. Then there is also no "record" of the change.
They do not seem to be making needed adjustments. Hold times can take a while as they may need more staff.
ADP Workforce Now could be a good program, but there are so many kinks in the system, that should be easy fixes. Therefore, I would not recommend this software to any other company.
