Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use the time clocks, mobile app, and desktop interface. All of our benefits, payroll, and personnel records are maintained through ADP Workforce Now.

Pros

  • Payroll is fast--takes me about 15 minutes total each period.
  • Employees can update personal information, which saves HR sometimes.

Cons

  • It would be nice if there were more functions through the app, or at least an option to switch to the desktop site.
  • I would like to be able to customize the colors in ADP Workforce Now online more.
  • Most of our ROI comes in time saved.
I can see that ADP Workforce Now would benefit any size of organization.
