Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used by our entire organization for recording time and attendance, requesting time off, annual policy signoff, and benefits open enrollment. It is used by the human resources department for payroll and benefits administration. Workforce Now allows us to process paperless.

Pros

  • The ACA reporting was accurate and easy to complete.
  • ADP has great training available to practitioners.

Cons

  • I prefer having a dedicated team to assist with issues instead of a call center.
  • ADP doesn't always follow up very well when a ticket is escalated.
  • We can complete our payroll and benefit tasks with confidence.
  • ADP provides plenty of training opportunities. Their training can be utilized for approved continuing education credits with the American Payroll Association. This saves my company money on training as much of ADP's training is free.
  • ADP has an Ambassador program to assist other clients who are considering switching to ADP. This is a great opportunity to share experiences and help others.
With ADP's functionality, processes are simplified and result in time savings. They have also improved the call center wait times.
Paycom turned our payroll process into a nightmare. Switching to ADP restored the confidence we needed to process payroll.
The ACA reporting was a lifesaver. I have a feeling that the new EEOC-1 reporting will be as easy next year. I also love the way the benefits and payroll systems are one. You only have to make changes once.
