Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP for our payroll system for the whole company in Las Vegas It addresses the problems of new hire regulations, and rules. We like it for the fact that quarterly reports are maintained by ADP.

Pros

  • Create custom reports as you wish. Maintain quarterly reports efficiently.

Cons

  • I would like to see quarterly reports come out earlier than they do. In our case we have to send all reports to our accountant and we cannot close month until all reports are done. By the time I get printouts another month is over.
  • Take less time to do payroll and concentrate on other areas of business
All I have to do is enter data and the rest is done by ADP except for journal entries. Checks are completed and in envelopes ready to pass out.
Not having to order checks and do them yourself is a plus. Reports are easy to read. Quarterly reports reported earlier than they are would be good.
