Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used by HR for benefits administration and accounting for payroll.

Pros

  • Tax Filing
  • Data Entry
  • Data Imports
  • Payroll Processing

Cons

  • Reporting
  • Hold times when calling customer service
  • Helping the payroll department stay internal
  • Causing HR to spend many hours working on reports
When it comes to a reporting standpoint, I could not be anymore let down. All five of our HR members have to stop what we are doing to create a report when management asks for something specific. Filters are extremely hard to set up.
Equal with Successfactors
Perfect for accounting offices that need to process payroll. Not great for HR departments that need to send very detailed reports to management.
