Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is the payroll and HR software for our company. We use it to pay our entire payroll across the whole organization. It addresses this issues of paying our employees, providing benefits for our employees and paying our payroll taxes to the various governmental entities.
Pros
- Payroll - ADP Workforce Now does a fantastic job of preparing our payroll. I have never had an error based on the software. After some initial training, the software is relatively easy to use and very robust. It has enough flexibility to handle almost any payroll solution.
- Payroll taxes - ADP Workforce Now handles all aspects of payroll tax compliance from filing the returns to impounding the funds to make payment. Again, I have never had an error in this process
- Custom reporting - ADP Workforce Now offers a very comprehensive custom reporting feature. Training is required, but once that is done, you can build reports to show you almost anything.
- Benefit Plans - ADP Workforce Now in combination with the HR module builds benefits plans, enrolls, employees, assigns the proper payroll deductions, and tracks the benefits very well. If you use the carrier connection option, all changes you make via your benefit provider are carried over to the payroll system.
Cons
- I don't have any examples of where the software itself could be improved but, as of late, I have grown leery of the customer service. I had enjoyed excellent customer service until the last year or so. It is hard to reach my representative and I have had issues with adding and deleting some modules.
- ADP has had a positive impact because it has freed up our employees time to do other tasks besides payroll and benefits.
