Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used at our company for payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and benefits. All employees have access to their payroll and tax information via the employee portal and ADP app. There are changes that employees may make from the site or the app such as address, direct deposit, and tax exemptions. These permissions are completely customizable. Managers are able to view and approve time off requests, vacation schedules, etc. It has really streamlined our payroll, timekeeping and benefits administration.

Pros

  • ADP is great at communicating changes. When the administrator logs in, you get briefs on updates and changes coming your way.
  • ADP provides excellent support via email or call-in support line. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. I've rarely had an issue getting answers quickly.
  • ADP provides the Bridge to connect users from other companies. It's a great way to get questions answered or support on issues.

Cons

  • I'm always looking for more in the way of attendance reporting and functionality. We are able to use the vacation, sick and time off to track and see what's going on. I would like more at-a-glance functionality with this (who's here, who's off, who never comes to work) and it's possible I need to add more customization.
  • ADP saves time for sure. I no longer have a separate attendance software, or stacks of paper to keep up with and file. Employees can request their time off from the portal or app, and managers can review and approve or deny the same way.
I have used several payroll solutions in the past, including a PEO that went bust. ADP is the most user friendly and their accuracy gives me confidence and peace of mind. We are actually a return user to ADP after trying out a seemingly less expensive solution. ADP is the best!
ADP is so customizable that it will work for everyone. We are a relatively small company, and are able to use quite a bit of functionality. It's great that you can pick and choose the features that work for you, and still have the opportunity to add more later on. Also, ADP continues to grow and update their solution, which keeps it fresh and increases the value added services already offered.
